1. General Return Conditions You have the right to return physical products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods or opened supplements, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Customs, Import Laws, and Seizures (Important) As stated in our Legal Disclaimer, all customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products purchased comply with the laws and regulations of their respective country.
Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fines incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us by customs because duties were unpaid, a refund will only be issued for the product cost (minus return shipping fees) once the items are safely received in our warehouse in resalable condition.
No Refunds for Customs Seizures: If a package is stopped, delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs or local authorities due to non-compliance with local import laws or regulations, PF Trade OÜ will not issue a refund or offer a replacement.
It is the customer’s strict responsibility to verify the legality of importing our products into their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.
